As a manufacturer and seller “Teltonika” takes care of its partners and assists with all questions about the products before and after the shipments are done.
Direct support is provided for all customers that buy devices directly from “Teltonika”.
For customers that obtain devices through other means should receive support through the party which sold Teltonika devices. For those who have not purchased the devices from Teltonika and would like to receive direct support we have created a Crowd Support Forum.
“Teltonika” also hosts a Wiki page which includes user manuals, configuration examples, certification information and much more!
